Following 7 years as a Technology Group Director, reporting to the CEO of Netas, one of the largest Systems Integrators in Turkey, Tolga Gures helped establish Alacrity Turkey in 2014. Tolga is also the managing partner of ZMT Ventures and serves as an independent investment committee member of ACT Ventures, an early stage technology and IP intensive venture capital fund. Tolga also serves on the Board of many of the Alacrity Turkey companies, including Twentify, Pisano, CreatorDen, and Startsub. He also volunteers as a mentor to several other start-up accelerators and incubators. Tolga graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Electronics and Communication sciences in 1997. He is married and has two children. He speaks English and German.
